Brand Integration Background
Effective January 1, 2024, GHM Group consolidated its five brands—Honsberg, Greisinger, DeltaOHM, Val.Co, and Martens—under the unified identity of Senseca. This strategic move aims to contribute to a sustainable future through customized measurement technology solutions.
Further strengthening its position, Senseca, a global leader in environmental monitoring and measurement technology, acquired Biral, a UK-based provider of high-precision meteorological sensors, on October 24, 2024. This acquisition enhances Senseca's portfolio and supports its strategic focus on addressing global megatrends such as weather monitoring and the transition to renewable energy.
October 30, 2024, Senseca further expanded its capabilities by acquiring GEONICA, a Spanish company specializing in system engineering, integration, and environmental solutions. This strategic addition enables Senseca to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end measurement solutions, leveraging GEONICA's proven expertise in data consolidation, transmission, and analysis.
Senseca announced on August 20, 2025, the acquisition of ACS Control-System, a German specialist in industrial automation and measurement technology. The transaction involves the transfer of all shares of ACS Control-System to Senseca. ACS will continue to operate under its existing brand during a transitional integration phase, ensuring continuity while gradually aligning with the Senseca group.
